Hal Adkins is a professional photographer from La Moille, IL http://www.haladkinsphoto.meridian1.net and an amateur competition road racer. He raced for a few years with MC in the 1970's and returned to the track in 2001 driving the red number 88 Caldwell D-13 Formua Vee (FV) race car.

Besides competing himself at the pictured events Hal strives to get racing images of ALL competitors, which is a most difficult job! If you race, crew, are friends or family with MC and/or SCCA racers and do not see an image of your favorite race car in these galleries just get in touch with him at halaphoto@live.com or through his studio website and give him information on your race car. If he will be at or competing in the same event you are he will certainly go crawl around in the mosquito infested woods and weeds alongside the track and try and capture some exciting images for you! No obligation to buy any prints, (yeah, don't feel guilty about that mosquito thing...) but we will put them on this site for you and all the racing world to see!
